Sydney Wide Certifiers has been issuing building approvals across Greater Sydney since 2016 – construction and complying development certificates, occupation certificates, critical-stage inspections, principal certifier appointments and pool compliance. After 5,000+ certificates, we know where projects get stuck, and we know how to keep yours out of that pile.

What sharpens all that experience is who's running it. Our General Manager, Shane Michael, spent six years running his own architecture firm and more than fifteen in construction before moving into certification – so he's been the one waiting on approvals, juggling timelines and dealing with certifiers, the good ones and the not-so-good. He builds our team around a single idea:
